Flexibility
With our bundle option you do not have to select all courses up front. These can be added at anytime within the bundle duration.
Courses can be exchanged for other courses within the bundle parameter as long as no more that a third of the course has been studied.
New Courses
We typically launch on average at least 1-3 new individual exam courses each month. Students can elect to add new courses to their learning page at any time within the duration of their IT Course bundle.
Student Support
Student Support is provided by Certified Support Mentors. Each Student can request help either over the phone or via live chat. The response time for the Support Mentors is typically 10 – 20 seconds (live chat). Student feedback on our Certified Support Mentors typically varies from Very Good – Excellent.
